3月26日，南昌高新区对区内规模企业开展一次专项调研，目的是为南昌市制定未来拟上市公司培育计划提供项目储备。
此前，南昌高新区召开企业融资上市对接洽谈会，恒大集团、晶能光电、思创数码等在内的10家企业被邀请到场，参与其中的还有深圳市创东方投资有限公司，以协助企业国内上市。
目前南昌高新区已初步形成了电子信息及软件、光机电一体化、生物医药和新材料等四大支柱产业。联志电子、TCT等一大批企业开始崭露头角，由于汇聚了一批优质企业，一些本土或外地PE、VC纷纷赶到南昌高新区寻找项目。
高新区走出的上市公司
“目前园区有1300多家企业，去年新增230家，当中有许多优质企业。”南昌高新区宣传处邱处长告诉记者，目前在园区内，年产值超10亿的企业有8家，超亿元的企业有35家，超过千万产值的企业达到85家。
南昌高新区成立于1991年，截至2007年底，高新区已有13家企业上市，占整个江西省上市公司总量的三分之一。
记者获悉，2007年南昌高新区有3家企业在国内外市场上市。2007年8月22日，莱昂国际投资控股有限公司 （Lionax）在欧洲交易所（Euronext）成功挂牌上市，成为中国首家在欧交所上市的企业。
随后，爱付宝电子在美国纳斯达克成功上市，融资2000万美元。而此前的正邦科技（002157行情，股吧）（002157.SZ）于2007年8月17日在深交所挂牌上市，融资2.11亿人民币。正邦科技的上市也打破了南昌连续3年无企业在国内主板上市的尴尬局面。
与此同时，园区还有十多家拟上市企业。在南昌市2008年第一批18家拟上市企业名单中，高新区就占了9家。此外，园区还有许多潜力不错的企业，如一元数码、江铜铜管。
南昌高新区成功引进美国通用硅太阳能电池、新加坡储科电子、台湾韬略科技公司等企业之后，上市储备资源更加丰富。
按照南昌高新区的计划，今明两年，高新区将重点推动晶能光电、巴士在线、新和软件在美国纳斯达克上市，推动泰豪软件、思创数码、先锋软件、弘益科技以及普天数据在国内上市。同时，南昌高新区已经启动向科技部申请进入股权代办试点系统园区工作，以此推动高新技术企业进行股份制改造。
PE VC粉墨登场
目前，南昌高新区已经形成了以菱光科技、联志电子、联创电子、一元数码、TCT等企业为核心的微电子产业群；以联创光电（600363行情，股吧）、晶能光电为核心的LED产业链；以及以江西微软技术中心，中兴软件、泰豪软件、思创软件为核心的软件产业群。
2007年，整个园区呈现高速发展态势，其中的泰豪科技（600590行情，股吧）、昌九农科、恒大高新、特康科技、大族电子的增速超过40％，日月明的销售收入增长171％，江铜铜管增长127.5％，广盛电子更是增长679％.
潜在的项目资源吸引众多PE机构粉墨登场。“园区内很多企业都已经获得了风险投资。”3月中旬，南昌高新区的人士告诉记者。
晶能光电目前已经完成第二轮融资。2006年4月，晶能光电获得了金沙江创投、美国硅谷Mayfield Fund（梅菲尔德）和永威投资1000万美元的第一轮风险投资。第二轮融资发生在去年，融资金额5200万美元，投资基金除上述三家之外，新增加了淡马锡和KPCB.
2007年，江西润田获得了赛富基金和上海联创2亿人民币的投资。而在早些，先锋软件也获得了中科招商2000万人民币的投资，此外，巴士在线此前也获得了风险投资。
“包括淡马锡、IDG、摩根士丹利、普凯基金、软银赛富、金沙江创投以及凯鹏华盈等都有项目投资。”上述人士称。
深圳达晨创投也在南昌高新区看了几个项目，深圳创东方、北京惠达九鼎等投资公司均表示了投资意向。
与此同时，南昌高新区还主动出击，“促进国内外风险投资机构与园区高新企业进行对接”。目前，南昌高新区已经成功引进美国风险投资AMX公司，AMX公司主要投资余热发电项目（在江西已经投资3个项目），为进一步加大在中国的项目布点，AMX公司在南昌高新区设立中国总部（注册资金1亿美元）。园区内，还设有两家本土创投公司，分别是南昌创投和江西省高技术产业投资公司。
“我们也在园区找一些项目。”3月14日，注册在南昌高新区的南昌创业投资有限公司的副总经理彭昕告诉记者。
江西有着丰富的资源，包括矿产资源，下游深加工企业等，但由于南昌创投刚成立不久，又受到资金限制（单笔投资不能超过200万），所以在项目投资上是属于跟投性质，鉴于此，“南昌创投已经和深圳达晨建立了深层次的合作关系，好的项目双方会联合投资。”
而南昌高新区另外一家创投公司江西省高技术产业投资公司则显得比较“专注”，目前在高新区投资的企业包括江西丰电三维电气有限公司、先锋软件、江西新和技术有限公司、3L公司以及南昌弘益科技有限公司。
